In line with the CPA, you may return an item within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags

30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your CPA rights, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include all original packaging and proof of purchase
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (CPA Section 56)
If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Shipping & Process

- Approved returns will receive instructions and courier options
- We use trusted couriers such as The Courier Guy and Pargo
📦 Return shipping:
- Free for faulty/incorrect items
- Customer-paid for all other returns

Processing Times
- Returns are inspected within 2–3 business days after arrival
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in the following cases:
- Item returned used or not in original condition
- Missing packaging, tags, or components
- Damage not caused by Awsom Craft
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order once approved
